Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

ORDER ISSUES

If there is any problem with the order you receive, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at 📧 Support@Seagullwear.com. Our team will be happy to assist and find the best solution.

EXCHANGES

We do not support exchanges. Customers are required to confirm all details (size, design, quantity, shipping address, etc.) before placing an order. As a result, we cannot accept exchanges due to incorrect selections.

CANCELLATIONS

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be processed or sent to the warehouse, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Time Frame

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer and is not eligible for refund.

Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund (including the original shipping fee) if your order arrives in one of these conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
  • The product design, size, or material differs from what you ordered.
  • The product received is not the one you purchased.
  • The product does not match the description on our site.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must not:

  • Be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Be missing original tags or packaging.
  • Show defects not caused by Seagullwear (e.g., minor loose threads that can be trimmed).

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Required Proof

To process a return, customers must provide:

  • Order receipt/shipping label.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Evidence of defective items (photos/videos).
  • Any related email correspondence with Seagullwear.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Send a refund request to 📧 Support@Seagullwear.com with the required documentation.
  2. Our support team will reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions and address.
  3. Carefully pack your items and ship them using a trackable carrier.
  4. Email us the tracking number or a picture of the return receipt.
  5. Additional instructions may be provided depending on the case.

⚠️ Do not return packages without prior confirmation from Seagullwear. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This fee is non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return package.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from delivery. Beyond this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • If a return package is lost or damaged during return shipping, Seagullwear is not responsible and no refund will be issued.
  • Customers must always contact our support team before sending back items, otherwise refund requests may be denied.
